EWWW that's gross

My question to you is do you think this is right?What ever happened to freedom of expression? Is this really offensive? What do you think theadministrators of Tuft University were thinking?

I definately agree with the college's policy. Having sex while your room mate is in the room is totally disrespectful and downright disgusting. If the roomate is fine with the fact that they're roomate is having sex while he/she is in there then that's him, but if the roommate is uncomfortable with it then i believe the offender should be punished to the highest extent. They're not violating anyone's freedom of expression, because sex is something that should be done privately, it isn't something that someone should have to witness if they don't want to. That is totally violating they're rights. i do not believe tUft University's Policy is offensive, I believe it was a good decision they made. I believe the Tuft administrators were looking out for the best interest of their students, because honestly, no one should have to be scarred for life because they witnessed they're roommate having sex with someone else. THat's just gross
